NRNL PRIZE DRAW — TERMS & PRIVACY
Last updated: 24 September 2026
PRIZE DRAW TERMS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Kane Stewart, trading as No Rules, No Labels (NRNL), of 71 Tiber Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 9ST, United Kingdom.
Contact: nrnlofficial@gmail.com
2. Promotion period
The prize draw opens when the promotion is made publicly available on nrnl.co.uk on 30 September 2026.
Entries close at 23:59 UK time on 1 December 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Entry is intended to be available internationally except where participation, prize fulfilment or delivery would be prohibited or prevented by applicable law, sanctions, import/export restrictions, carrier restrictions or other legal restrictions.
The promoter, anyone directly involved in administering or independently supervising the draw, and anyone acting on the promoter's behalf in selecting the winner may not enter.
4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary.
To enter, find the valid hidden competition code on nrnl.co.uk and follow the instructions displayed when it is discovered. A valid entry must include the discovered code and must be submitted using the method and subject format shown in the reveal before the closing time.
The hidden code, its location and the exact reveal subject are intentionally not reproduced in these public terms because discovering the website code is part of the entry mechanic.
You do not need to provide a delivery address, clothing size, colour choice or other prize-fulfilment information when entering.
5. Entry limit
One valid entry per person. Sending the same entry more than once does not create additional chances.
Using multiple email addresses, accounts, automated systems or other methods to obtain more than one chance may result in duplicate entries being merged or excluded where NRNL is reasonably satisfied that the entry limit has been deliberately circumvented.
NRNL may exclude entries that are automated, fraudulent, incomplete, received after the deadline or otherwise fail to comply with these terms.
6. Prize
There is one prize: one NRNL hoodie of the winner's choice from the sizes, colours and hoodie options available when the winner confirms their selection.
No cash alternative is available.
NRNL will cover standard prize delivery. Any customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges imposed by the winner's country or delivery jurisdiction are the winner's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If the selected hoodie cannot reasonably be supplied, the winner will be offered another available NRNL hoodie of equal or greater retail value.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after duplicate and invalid entries have been removed.
The draw is scheduled for 2 December 2026.
Selection will use a computer process that produces verifiably random results. NRNL will retain sufficient evidence of the cleaned entrant list, selection process and outcome to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly.
8. Winner contact and response
NRNL intends to contact the selected winner privately by email on 2 December 2026 using the email address from which the winning entry was sent.
NRNL will make reasonable attempts to contact the selected winner. The selected winner must respond by 23:59 UK time on 7 December 2026 unless NRNL reasonably allows additional time because of a genuine communication issue.
If the selected winner does not respond by the deadline, cannot demonstrate eligibility where reasonably required, cannot lawfully receive the prize, refuses the prize or is found to have breached these terms, NRNL may withdraw the provisional award and conduct a new random draw. A redraw may take place from 8 December 2026.
9. Winner verification and fulfilment
Only the selected winner will be asked for information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize. This may include name, confirmation that they are aged 18 or over, delivery address, hoodie choice, size, available colour or option, and information reasonably necessary to confirm lawful prize fulfilment.
NRNL will not routinely require identity documents from entrants. Evidence may be requested from the selected winner only where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or resolve a genuine concern.
10. Winner announcement
NRNL intends to announce the winner around 15 December 2026.
NRNL will ask separately before using the winner's real name, social handle, image or other directly identifying information in promotional content. Refusing optional publicity will not affect entitlement to the prize.
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, NRNL may publish or make available limited winner information, ordinarily the winner's surname and county, region or an equivalent limited location description. The winner may object to publication or ask NRNL to reduce the information disclosed by emailing nrnlofficial@gmail.com. NRNL may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where required.
11. Prize delivery
NRNL intends to dispatch the prize within 30 days after the winner has confirmed eligibility, supplied the required delivery information and confirmed their available hoodie selection. If an unavoidable delay occurs, NRNL will tell the winner and provide an updated timescale.
12. Fair administration
NRNL will conduct the promotion fairly and will not change the closing date, entry method, prize or other material terms except where circumstances outside NRNL's reasonable control make a change genuinely necessary. Any necessary change will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible and will not be used to disadvantage entrants unfairly.
13. Technical issues
NRNL is not responsible for entries that are not received because of an entrant's email provider, internet connection, device settings, spam filtering or another technical issue outside NRNL's reasonable control. Proof that a message was sent does not necessarily prove that it was received before the closing time.
14. Third-party platforms
Instagram or other third-party platforms may be used to promote the draw or provide clues, but the prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or protections that apply to an entrant under the law of their country of residence.
16. Acceptance
By entering the NRNL prize draw, entrants agree to these terms.
PRIZE DRAW PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Controller
The data controller is Kane Stewart, trading as No Rules, No Labels (NRNL), of 71 Tiber Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 9ST, United Kingdom.
Privacy contact: nrnlofficial@gmail.com
2. Information we collect
For entrants, NRNL may collect the email address used to enter, the entry message and submitted code, the date and time received, correspondence relating to the entry, and limited records used to identify duplicate, invalid or potentially fraudulent entries.
For the selected winner, NRNL may additionally collect name, age or eligibility confirmation, delivery address, hoodie selection, size, available colour or option, social handle if voluntarily supplied, publicity preference or consent, and prize-delivery correspondence.
3. Why we use the information
NRNL uses prize-draw information to receive and validate entries, enforce the one-entry-per-person rule, remove duplicates, investigate suspected manipulation, conduct the random draw, contact and verify the selected winner, fulfil and deliver the prize, demonstrate that a valid award took place, handle complaints or regulatory enquiries, and keep a proportionate audit record.
Entering the prize draw is not treated as consent to receive unrelated NRNL marketing.
4. Lawful bases
- Contract / steps connected with the prize-draw terms: to administer valid entries, select a winner and fulfil the prize.
- Legitimate interests: to prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, protect the integrity of the draw, keep a proportionate audit trail and respond to complaints or regulatory enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by entrants' rights and interests.
- Legal obligation: where NRNL must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law or a competent authority.
- Consent: for optional promotional use of a winner's name, social handle, image or other identifying material where NRNL asks for that consent.
5. Who we share information with
NRNL may share personal information only where reasonably necessary with email and cloud service providers used to receive or store entries, website or technology providers, prize production or fulfilment providers, postal or courier services for the winner, professional advisers, and regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
NRNL does not sell prize-draw entrant information.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, NRNL will rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement or other lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards.
7. Retention
Non-winning entrant records are normally kept for up to 6 months after the winner is announced unless a complaint, dispute, legal issue or regulatory enquiry requires longer retention.
Winner delivery and fulfilment details are normally deleted or minimised within 90 days after confirmed prize delivery unless needed to resolve a delivery issue, dispute or legal requirement.
Draw and audit records may be retained for up to 12 months after the prize is awarded so NRNL can demonstrate fair administration.
Publicity-consent records may be kept while the relevant publicity remains in use and for a reasonable period afterwards to document the permission given.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent for future optional publicity where consent is the basis used. These rights are not all absolute.
To exercise a right, email nrnlofficial@gmail.com.
9. Winner publicity
Winning the prize does not require the winner to agree to broader promotional use of their identity. If NRNL asks to use identifying content for a winner announcement or later promotional material, NRNL will ask separately. A winner can refuse optional publicity without losing the prize.
10. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact nrnlofficial@gmail.com so NRNL can investigate it.
You also have the right to complain to the UK's data-protection regulator. As at the date of this notice, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). On 30 September 2026 it becomes the Information Commission and continues to use the ICO identity.
11. Changes to this notice
NRNL may update this privacy notice where necessary. If a change materially affects how existing entrant information is used, NRNL will provide appropriate notice before using the information in the new way.
