NRNL — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NRNL website and your purchase of products from NRNL.
Throughout these Terms, “NRNL”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to No Rules, No Labels.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Using our website
You may use the NRNL website for lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- introduce malicious code;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or customer accounts;
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or
- misuse NRNL intellectual property in violation of applicable law.
NRNL may take reasonable action to protect the website, its customers and its systems from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
3. Products and imagery
We aim to describe and display NRNL products accurately.
Some product imagery may include computer-generated mock-ups or digitally produced imagery used to represent genuine NRNL garments and creative direction.
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen or device settings.
Print size, positioning or placement may vary marginally within normal production tolerances.
Normal production tolerances do not mean that a materially incorrect, faulty or misdescribed product is acceptable.
4. Product availability
Products, sizes, colours and other options are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock or guarantee availability.
Availability is only confirmed when an order has been successfully placed and accepted.
NRNL may withdraw or change products where reasonably necessary.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency presented by the store.
Taxes and delivery costs may vary depending on your location and will be displayed or calculated as applicable before you place your order.
NRNL takes reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate.
If an obvious pricing, technical or system error occurs, NRNL may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.
Nothing in this section permits NRNL to change the agreed price of an accepted order without a lawful basis.
6. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review the products, quantities and delivery information presented during checkout.
A contract is formed when NRNL accepts your order.
We will normally provide confirmation by email.
NRNL may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- a product is unavailable;
- fulfilment is not legally or practically possible;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- there is an obvious pricing or technical error; or
- accepting the order would require NRNL to breach applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken and no goods are supplied, NRNL will refund the appropriate amount.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.
Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, costs and applicable estimates will be displayed or communicated during the purchasing process.
NRNL ships internationally wherever fulfilment and delivery are legally and practically available.
For UK consumer distance sales, unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is made.
International availability may be affected by:
- carrier restrictions;
- sanctions;
- local law;
- customs requirements;
- conflict;
- service disruption; or
- circumstances outside NRNL's reasonable control.

9. Pre-orders
Where a product is expressly offered as a pre-order, NRNL will provide an expected fulfilment or dispatch timeframe, or another sufficiently clear delivery arrangement, before purchase.
The stated pre-order timeframe will form part of the order arrangement.
If a significant delay occurs, NRNL will communicate with affected customers and provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
10. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights regarding cancellation, returns, faulty products and refunds are explained in the NRNL Returns & Refunds Policy.
For most eligible goods bought online by UK consumers, the normal statutory cancellation period is 14 days after receipt.
Nothing in these Terms or any NRNL policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
11. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
NRNL does not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights.
If goods arrive:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- incorrect; or
- materially different from their description,

Any agreement or policy between NRNL and a manufacturing or fulfilment provider does not replace your rights against NRNL as the seller.
12. Customer information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.
This includes your:
- name;
- delivery address;
- billing information where applicable;
- email address; and
- other information reasonably required to fulfil the order.
If you notice an error, contact NRNL as soon as possible.
We will take reasonable steps to assist, but changes may not be possible once production, fulfilment or dispatch has begun.
13. Promotions and discounts
NRNL may occasionally operate:
- discount codes;
- promotional offers;
- limited releases; and
- other promotions.
Separate terms may apply to a particular promotion and will be made available where appropriate.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional codes have no cash value;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- eligibility or stacking restrictions may apply where clearly stated.
Prize draws and similar promotional competitions may be governed by separate dedicated terms.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, NRNL branding, logos, original graphics, artwork, designs, written material, photographs, character concepts and other original brand content are owned by or licensed to NRNL.
Purchasing an NRNL product does not transfer ownership of NRNL intellectual property.
You must not reproduce, falsely represent, commercially exploit or use NRNL intellectual property in violation of applicable law or without appropriate permission.
15. Third-party services
The NRNL website may rely on third-party services including:
- Shopify;
- payment providers;
- manufacturing and fulfilment providers;
- delivery providers;
- hosting services; and
- other technical providers.
NRNL is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services merely because the NRNL website links to them.
This does not remove any responsibility NRNL has to customers under applicable consumer law for products NRNL has agreed to provide.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
Subject to applicable law, NRNL is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Nothing in these Terms affects liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the NRNL Privacy Policy.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which also processes information in connection with providing ecommerce and related platform services.
Additional privacy information may apply to an optional NRNL programme or promotion where expressly stated.
18. Changes to these Terms
NRNL may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to:
- the business;
- the website;
- products or services;
- policies;
- technology; or
- applicable law.
The version applying to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the relevant contract was entered into.
Updated Terms will display a revised date.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections or court rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
